Hurricane Irene caused evacuations from North Carolina to New York City. But what do people do to pass the time waiting at times like this in those shelters? If you live in the right neighborhood (especially if the population is all men, and the shelter provides the right entertainment to kick things off), then there's plenty that can happen...
